Leisure Suit Larry Land of the Lounge Lizards-Trailer (1987)

The founding father of this incredible PC game will be at the Festival of Games in Utrecht upcoming May 2011... I will always remember: "Tie robe to balcony, take pills" as the ultimate command to see the ultimate event.... which was censored.... and if you did not use the condoms... you died of a disease... hahaha.

Tony Robbins: Why we do what we do, and how we can do it better

Totally off-topic, but a colleague of mine recommended me this video from Anthony Robbins on TED Talks. It's about motivation and emotion.

TEDxSanDiego - Simon Sinek - Restoring the Human in Humanity

TED Talks - Simon Sinek about human behavior and shared values and ... trust.

We trust our community people more than a resume, except on a professional playground...

Interesting stuff for change management and culture projects in organizations, a project I am involved in currently, but - unfortunately - am not free to talk about as of yet.

In my experience, it all starts with describing a sound VISION on the future...

You can describe a good Vision, or Mission in words like: Purpose, A goal or Objective. One of the essential variables of a good game...

This is what I wrote earlier in my Slideshare presentation about 'Brand Positioning Strategy'.

Piano stairs - TheFunTheory.com - Rolighetsteorin.se

A cool way to motivate people to take the stairs more often... and - once more - as you can see: PLAY WORKS! It can actually change human behavior in so many ways as I have tried to show you on this weblog the past two years. Wether it be advisors at a bank, consumers to buy stuff or a whole logistic chain to be convinced that working together improves their business...

I actually did a concept like this stairs with students from HkU (School of Arts in Hillywood) where I helped them to record the sounds of a stairs that sounded like walking through a puddle of water. The installation was displayed in a museum in 2010.
